Week beginning 10th November
This week we celebrate World Nursery Rhyme Week - see how many you can remember.
It is also Anti-Bullying week and we have an assembly from the PCSO on Monday, a performance on Tuesday aswell as work about bullying in classes. We invite children (and staff) to wear odd socks to celebrate how unique we all are and how everyone deserves to be treated with kindness.
Cricket continues on Monday for Y5 and 6.
Also on Monday it is our KS1 open afternoon - we welcome our families of Reception, Y1 and Y2 to come on in and see the fantastic things your children are doing.
Starting on Tuesday we have children from Year 5 on their bike training.
Children will remember those who fought for our country on Tuesday with a two minute silence - KS2 children will also be taking part in an author event.
Nasal flu vaccines are on Wednesday.
On Thursday all children will participate in a Michael Rosen author event.
On Friday it is Children in Need. Children will take part in a dance together in the hall and are invited to wear clothes ready for a birthday party. Please send in a small donation to support this worthy cause
