Charles Darwin Project by Reception

Lesson: EYFS

Reception have been busy learning about Charles Darwin. We learnt about his life, where he went, and thought about the HMS Beagle that he sailed on. Charles Darwin went to the Galapagos Islands so we looked at the environment and features of the islands and even made our own Galapagos Islands! We learnt about the different animals he came across and even met a real tortoise! We looked at different boats and learnt about the different parts of a boat.
