VE Day

Hello Year 2

today is an important day in our history when we remember the bravest of people who fought for our country. VE Day marks the end of WW2 75 years ago. I will be celebrating with my family and neighbours in a street party. We are going to sit in our front gardens so we can see each other. Mrs Ball is doing the same with her family and neighbours. Are any of you doing this too? If we were in school we would have had a big party yesterday but we will have to wait a bit longer for that now
