Hello!

Today the Vale Royal School Sports Partnership @ValeRoyalSSP launched a video of staff from local schools taking part in the #KeepYourSpiritsUp keepy up challenge!

We would like you to have a go yourself - just a short video of you doing keepy ups with any kind of ball (it could be a tennis racquet and ball / You could juggle or even use a balloon (Which is what I did - Do this indoors, the wind likes to take the balloon away!)
